How I start enjoying a lifestyle with Essential Oils
In March 2012, I incorporated essential oils into my daily lifestyle. I feel my path towards a healthy lifestyle is destined and God has guided me throughout my journey. I was always interested in learning more about essential oils, but I never got around to researching them. One day, I came across someone's profile on social media that advocated for the usage of essential oils. This person is now my team leader. I messaged her to receive more information, and I haven't been disappointed as I learned how to incorporate the oils into my lifestyle. I've been researching natural medicine since 1995 after a near-death experience, learning about botanicals that have been used medicinally. Botanicals have assisted many in maintaining good health, and in many instances, helping to balance organ systems and aiding homeostasis. Extending my knowledge through research of essential oils and incorporating them into my lifestyle has been very beneficial to my well-being.
Essential oils have helped my entire household from maintaining respiratory, emotional, joint, and immune health especially during those winter seasons when we may experience challenges in our bodies. These oils have lived up to their reputation. They are a treasured modality of health that go back centuries ago. And was commonly used in biblical days for balancing and maintaining health. They can be applied directly to the skin, diffused in the environment and some can even be consumed. Essential oils can create a sense of balance, tranquility, and a healthy environment.
In order to receive the full benefits of essential oils when someone incorporates them into their lifestyle, I would suggest these four things.
1. It is of upmost importance that you only use 100% Pure and Natural Genuine Grade Essential Oils that are free from chemical preservatives and free from any unnatural additives. This will guarantee you receive the full benefit of the essential oil for the desired purpose you have chosen. Do your research and compare. Synthetic, or perfume grade essential oils just won't do. They consist of man-made chemicals. Also, if only a small percentage of essential oils are used in making the product, you will most likely receive undesirable results.
2. Learning how to safely use essential oils is important. Some essential oils should be diluted when used on certain parts of the body that is considered sensitive. Learning which oils to use neat (undiluted) is essential. You will learn the different schools of thought as you do your research from reputable sources.
3. It is important that you find a reputable guide that will teach you what each essential oil does for the body, their purpose, and the area of the body that each oil targets. Although most therapeutic or genuine grade essential oils benefit every organ systems in some way, some have a greater effect on a targeted organ.
4. Connect with someone within your essential oil company's network who also wants to learn more. Teaming up with others can be very rewarding as both of you share your knowledge with each other and others who may also benefit from the use of essential oils.

Looking at the physical Heart

I would like to review the cardiac system (heart) with you.
It is good to know how our heart functions, as it is one of the most vital organs of the body.
We must take extra precaution to guard our heart and it's every function.
Your heart muscle needs oxygen to survive. A heart attack occurs when the blood flow that brings oxygen to the heart muscle is severely reduced or cut off completely. This happens because coronary arteries that supply the heart muscle with blood flow can slowly become narrow from a buildup of fat, cholesterol, and other substances that together are called plaque. This slow process is known as atherosclerosis. When a plaque in a heart artery breaks, a blood clot can form around the plaque. This blood clot can block the blood flow through the heart muscle. When the heart muscle is starved for oxygen and nutrients, it is called ischemia. When damage or death of part of the heart muscle occurs as a result of ischemia, it is called a heart attack or myocardial infarction (MI). About every 34 seconds, someone in the United States has a myocardial infarction (heart attack). Source: American Heart Association
The heart muscle begins to heal soon after a heart attack and usually takes about eight weeks. Scar tissue may form in the damaged area, and that scar tissue does not contract or pump as well as healthy muscle tissue. The extent of damage to the heart muscle can impact how well the heart pumps blood throughout the body. The degree of loss of function depends on the size and location of the scar tissue. Most heart attacks survivors have some degree of coronary artery disease (CAD) and will have to make important lifestyle changes and possibly take medication to prevent a future heart attack and lead a full, productive life.

risk factor despite hereditary risks. And through prayer to break
generational curse.
Symptoms
-Chest discomfort. Most heart attacks involves discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
-Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
-Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.
-Other signs may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or feeling lightheaded.

Assisting in a healthy heart
Get active- strengthens heart muscle and lung function.
Eat healthy- Increase fiber if tolerated, reduced salt and sugar.
Lose weight if overweight. Easily said than done but don’t give up!
Stop smoking- Causes irritation of the blood vessels and heart.
Control cholesterol - Can build up in the blood vessels causing blockage.
Manage blood pressure- Increase B/P increases pressure on the heart.
Reduce blood sugar- High BS often correlates with high cholesterol levels.
For women concerned with calcium intake. Certain kinds of calcium can build up in the blood vessels. Calcium citrate is easier to digest.
Years ago chelation therapy removed calcium from the vessels. Too much calcium can end up in vessels (Thyroid issues, kidneys stones can be causes by too much Calcium Oxalate)
Anti-inflammatory diet- Helps repair damage to blood vessels and vital organs.
Adequate sleep- Our body tries to self repair during sleep.
Reduce stress - Stress can age you. Sets up acidic conditions in the body and inflammation along with a number of other things, including cortisone. Increases heart rate. Keeps the body in a fight or flight mode. Chemical reactions that are not good.

Complimentary Regime (Supplements)
CoQ10 - Assist in strengthening heart muscles, increase lung function, anti-
oxidants.
Increases energy. Assist to increase ATP reserve. Sources: Fatty fish,
chicken, eggs, veggies, grains. (Controversial still, but with known benefits by users)
Omega 3 fish oil - Baby aspirin is recommended by MDs - Omega 3 fish oil
naturally thins the blood assisting in preventing blood clots in
arteries. Also greatly reduces inflammation. Sources: Fish, flaxseed
oil, cod liver oil. One additional supplement that is known to assist in decreasing inflammation is Black Seed Oil (BSO). It is a plant source of Omega 3.
Hawthrorne Berry - Assist in strengthening the blood vessel and assist to reduce blood pressure.
Magnesium - helps to lower blood pressure by relaxing blood
vessels.
Potassium supplement - Assist in regulating electrolytes aiding in reducing B/P. Caution if there is kidney dysfunction.
Garlic - Natural blood thinner and anticoagulant. Garlic is such a good
anticoagulant, in fact, the Mayo Clinic advises patients to stop taking
it for two weeks before surgery. It’s also a natural ACE Inhibitor. As
the body increases production of angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE),
blood pressure increases. Pharmaceutical ACE inhibitors work by
blocking the formation of ACE. Glutamylcysteine is a natural ACE
inhibitor, and adenosine helps to dilate artery walls. Garlic contains
both. Hydrogen sulfide and a high allicin content also give garlic its
ability to inhibit angiotensin II and dilate arterial walls.
Vitamin D
- People who have insufficient levels of vitamin D in their blood have a
higher risk of developing heart disease than people who have good
vitamin D levels. Having poor levels of vitamin D may raise your risk of
calcium buildup -- which is a part of plaque -- in your arteries.
Vitamin C
- Assist in reducing inflammation. Vitamin C may help protect arteries
against damage. Some studies propose that vitamin C can impede the
progression of atherosclerosis -- hardening of the arteries.
Furthermore, people whose diets are inadequate in vitamin C may be more
likely to have peripheral artery disease, a stroke or a heart attack.
Peripheral artery disease develops when plaque accumulates in the walls
of the arteries, which supply blood to your limbs and organs. The
recommended dietary allowance for vitamin C is 75 milligrams for
women. And 90 milligrams for men per day. Although natural
practitioners suggests much more. For a healthy and robust heart, include
vitamin C-rich foods in your diet such as oranges, strawberries,
watermelon, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, cauliflower and
cabbage.
B-12
- Helps Regulate Homocysteine Levels. Sources: Found mostly in animal
foods, including fish. Deficiencies may develop among strict vegans, as
there are no identified natural vegetable sources of B-12. Therefore
natural supplements are important.
Oils and Fats
Coconut Oil-
actually helps reduce cholesterol and assist in reducing inflammation.
And a good fat despite being saturated. ( Conflicting recommendation
still exists)
Butter has saturated fat but margarine is worst
because of the trans fatty acid which increases inflammation and does
more damage to the internal vessels. Try to choose organic butter if
used. However use very sparely.

First the challenge then restoration
Being restored is always a breath of fresh air. We at times live our lives in a rush to get this and that done. But sometimes rest is needed and God will bring it about in ways we least expect. Feeling so blessed today. After a short challenge in my body these last 2 days, I was restored back to health. But thank God I had my arsenals for a quick recovery. PRAYER, powerful herbs, mega doses of Vitamin C powder, and Black Seed Oil (which I should not have forgotten to take for the last 2 days prior, due to business but have since restarted). Maintaining my natural foods, increasing daily load of fruits, homemade soup and my awesome Essential Oils! Which I have used since 2012, and now would not want to be without them. Oregano Oil on the feet is soothing to the immune system, keeping it at its peak. I feel one day in and out of bed was not bad compared to others being hospitalized or spending a week or weeks recovering from a virus. One of them used to be me. It used to take me weeks to recover. But thank you Lord for bringing me from such a mighty long way! Shouting praises to my king! 2 Peter 1:3 says According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Yes he has given us everything we need for life and godliness! Whatever your challenge is today, know that God provides and restores. And help you use that past challenge to help others to overcome.
Now I know how to care for myself as a whole- mind, body and soul- when my body is challenged. As God continues to pour his wisdom into me! Which I am his vessel to be filled. Of course one of those wisdom is knowing my limit and listening to my body. I feel if I had done either, I would have tackled this virus early and head on with my arsenals and avoid most of it's consequences. How many times do we feel we are indispensable and wait for something to happen until we do something about it. And not listening to our bodies is one of those times. When our bodies are challenged, we listen quite loudly, as our body screams for attention and demands it. Not so with God, he always has that still small voice which is the Holy Spirit, whispering and calling us to commune with him. And what a vast difference. And Christ has compassion!
When a doctor has never had chronic illnesses, it is difficult for him or her to have compassion toward their patients or others. It takes the Holy Spirit to act within that doctor. Which is so often not the case. Many times patients become just another number. Again not so with God. Each of us is so special to him. Many of us in the Health and Wellness business have a passion of helping others regain their health, because we have once experienced poor health and want to see others have a victorious life, overcoming their health challenges. So in my stillness I communed, I listened, and found an app I had on my phone for so long. It is one of two of the Bible apps, but I discovered this one can be programmed to read the bible passages out loud. What a discovery! And what a commune as I hear the words of the Bible. God's word. Of course even when we are restored, we should not rush back into the hustle and bustle of life. Take time to continue to commune with God and to relax in his presence. For some it may be daily, for others it may be a few times a week depending on their work schedule or events in their life. But take time everyday to acknowledge God, giving thanks and praise for everyday. We are blessed that God is always with us, and this we owe to him. If only to have this promise from the one and only God, that he will be with us always. Besides salvation, this is one of the greatest gift he could ever give. So let's take advantage of his presence!

When we look out a window, we expect to see something intriguing. With curiosity we look, hoping to get answers such as "what was that noise?", "how is the weather outside?", or with great expectation, "is he or she home yet?". We ask these questions within ourselves with the expectation of getting positive answers, not negative ones. I think this is how we should look into a New Year. Yes, we are motivated and positive the first month, but sustaining that joy and motivation has to continue if we are to get the results of the true positive vision we want to see. Yes there will be raining days, clouds, and circumstances that arises. And yes, some things that are not in our control, but when we continue to focus on the outcome that we want and not the present "not so good" circumstances of what is going on at the present time, we allow ourselves to focus on the prize and not on the trials that will ultimately lead there. When it's raining outside, how long do you look at the rain? Do you stay there at the window until it stops? I surely hope that most times that answer is no, unless you are utilizing that time as rest and meditation. Instead we do something else until the rain ceases, expecting that it will indeed cease.
What we are able to see beyond what is actually happening, determines our outlook on life and our sustained vision. The dictionary describes a vision as "the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom". Another definition is "a mental image of what the future will or could be like". The book of Proverbs, Chapter 29, Verse 18 says "without a vision the people perish." So we see that it takes imagination, wisdom, and the ability to see beyond our present state to achieve the things we desire or hope for, in order for our vision to come to past and to prevent our very existence from perishing. And of course that takes faith! According to the Bible in the book of Hebrews, Chapter 11 Verse 1, "faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen" (KJV). If you don't believe you have the faith, then I challenge you to look through the scriptures and read stories of the men and women of faith in the bible who had to trust God to bring to past favorable results in their lives. Yes we too can dream big! Because we serve a big God that wants us to succeed in life, prospering in the things he desires for us. Now that we've opened a new chapter in our lives for 2017, I say to you quoting 3 John Chapter 2 of the bible. I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospereth. Be blessed in 2017 and beyond.
